There are several versions of R4 DS cards available in the market and you can purchase one according to your usage and requirements. Different Types of R4 DS Cards:

R4 SDHC card

R4 SDHC is the newer version of R4V2. SDHC stands for Secure Digital High Capacity. More or less both have similar features with an additional feature of SDHC, which accepts the Micro-SDHC cards. It allows usage of 32 bit GB memory. R4 SDHC is a bit slow than R4v2, but its boot up time is fast. It provides good performance with reliable service.

Ez flash cards

This is the first card that is compatible with DSi for R4 SDHC. It is very reliable and is available at affordable rates. However, it is not that compatible with DSi firmware. It is mostly preferred for new users or users who prefer playing homebrew games. You can try various things with R4i SDHC.

DSTT

DSTT is a compatible version of R4V2, but a bit less efficient. It takes less time to load things, but offers quality picture support. It is compatible with R4 DS and ideal for homebrew application games with no need of multitasking. It allows memory storage up to 32GB and is available at affordable price as compared to other versions of R4 DS cards.

Acekard 2i

It is the widely used and best DSi card available. It provides many unique and useful features with dual memory capacity
